'not every republican is the same' is an argument i have heard over and over in the same vein as 'not every cop is bad there are good cops'
that man trump went in front of a group of christians and urged them to vote on the basis that "next time you won't need to vote"
it really doesn't matter to me if you support the guy because his hair makes you laugh, you have reinforced a party that continually runs on social oppression and economic ruin
for years you lot ran on segregation, anti-gay, anti-muslim, anti-arab, anti-trans, anti-sex work, anti-woman... you act like the republican party just fell out of the sky in 2023 as one fella going "i'm just asking questions"
you have access to google, you could have researched any of the myriad topics
you could have looked in the sources on wikipedia to see what passes the rigorous test of source debate if you were unsure of where to go
but you either didn't, and are a useful idiot, or you did, and you dismissed what you saw
i have to believe you're bigots because the alternative is that you're too stupid to verify what comes out of your mouth and too wilfully ignorant to not notice all the horrible rhetoric and policy goals
and even if that's the case, you are still reinforcing a system of hatred, so no
'not all republicans' doesn't move me, because all republicans voted for or supported trump
the result is the same no matter what you felt when you pulled the lever
