Dolphin on a Raspberry Pi 4 ?

It's not looking good. Currently some games run up to 80% but only with speedhacks and underclocking the emulated CPU. GPU performance may improve with driver updates but it looks like Dolphin is just too CPU intensive since many games cause 100% CPU usage on one core.

I would not get my hopes up for 100% in the majority of games any time soon if ever.

With proper optimization, sure some "easy to run" games would be playable on the Pi 4. The new SoC's CPU is only slightly slower than the main 4 CPU cores in the Tegra X1 (which are the ones that actually do things), so it should be just enough for those easy games like Animal Crossing and Luigi's Mansion and such.

But don't expect like...Super Mario Galaxy or Monster Hunter Wii or anything.
