GCN Dolphin Memory Card to Real Card possibilities?

Hello there

I was thinking recently about such problem of sort
I have been playing GameCube game on Dolphin emu (testing new graphic card etc

) and I made myself to nice save file (nice items) by in-game saver so it went to Memory Card that Dolphin created
My question is, would it be possible to somehow extract that save and put it into real Memory Card? I believe there is a program to manipulate with saves in and from Memory Card (the real one) so the true problem for now would be extraction from Dolphin Memory Card

Not exactly that but maybe that "Convert to GCI" will do the trick, it will probably extract exact save from Memory Card...that should be it
