Does uninstalling .nsp files on cfw and not using cfw anymore make me 100% ban safe?

So basically, I‘m about to buy a V1 switch for it to run cfw while my current, unbanned, cfw switch becomes my online switch. Can I uninstall .nsp games I‘ve installed through tinfoil on my current switch and then only use ofw on my current switch without getting banned ?

Yes, that's why you use an emuNAND.
If you have an emuNAND and you kept your sysNAND clean then you are safe just by booting into sysNAND normally.
