It probably is a separate voip client that isn't associated with msn.

I remember looking at this once. I never tried it, but its supposed to be something like pictochat, only in a global scale and having the option of voice chat.

Yes as fgghjjkll says it's no longer working. (as a bit of trivia it was made by the same gent that makes Moonshell)
