Gaming Does the Wii U REALLY use 75 Watts ?

Hi there

I plan to order a 70W AC external battery on Alibaba to make my Wii U portable, but I've heard that the Wii U's power is 75W. I've also heard that it almost never uses all that power, but rather 30 - 35 W. So, my question is : is it safe to buy this 70 W AC external battery for my Wii U ?

If it doesn't work, that's fine, I'll be buying a more powerful battery then. I just want to be sure before I do the purchase.

You need 15V, or a way to convert like 12V to like 15V, like what "My Mate Vince" did with his,
