I was wondering if the Supercard or any other flashcart out there has cheats and functions similar to an Action Replay DS or any other DS cheating device.

Yea all popular flashcarts support cheats . Only difference is that you get to modify what cheats you want or you can have the complete package with that latest cheats here at GBAtemp !

But i have been having issues with my SuperCard's Cheats [IMG] So instead i just multi boot to my DSTT Menu then i use the cheats there ^^

By the way , are you planning on getting a flashcart that supports the cheat function ?

Yea, you can even convert ARDS to SCDS1 compatible cheats.

why bother coverting... ARDS approach Narin if they can use his cheat database

SCDS1 is a good cart, but if cheating is important to you then i would get something else. Unless you don't mind loading into DSTT or YSmenu

Actaully the scds1-sdhc is by far and away the BEST cart for cheats. 3 cheat engines to choose from including a real-time one, though the sc's native real-time one does require the manual touch in setting up decent .scc's.... but the choice is great and a decently setup .scc cheat file which can be acessed any-time during play is awesome.

ya but it not newbie friendly my cousin have strict parents the give 1 hour of free time that include tv, computer, and video games. My brother got him a flash cart after hear that he put his ds back in the box. I did a facepalm when he show me what my brother got him. I got stuck with compiling and get games for my cousin... they still use dial up.

The SCDS cheat engine is very powerful, but it's not user-friendly. The cheats for the R4, DSTT, EDGE, CycloDS, etc are more user-friendly but not quite as powerful. The difference isn't really all that big though.

Also, the font used for SCDS cheats is horrible. It's very large and only gives you something like 14 characters to work with, so you'll often get your cheat names cut off ("Press L+R fo" etc).

The SCDS's slow-motion capability is an extension of its cheat engine, just for the record.
