No, once you've done the qr code the first time on Cubic it creates a save file that when accessed will automatically load the homebrew channel - so you only need to do the qr code bit once.



lol... emulators... I don't think they really care about emulators on the 3ds - there are far more people running emulators on their android/ios devices; they're hindering eshop sales too, but Nintendos not doing anything about that.

I'm not saying that they won't at some point do something about Ninjhax, but you flat out stated that it WILL be patched in the next update and that's just speculation/scare-mongering.

it's not scare-mongering or speculation. It's going to be patched soon. They pulled ironfall off the eshop 2 weeks before ironhax was released so they definitely are not going to leave ninjhax 2.0 or tubehax unpatched

Unless Nintendo have actually stated they're doing something to fix the exploit, IT IS speculation. Without an official statement it is only your opinion that it will be patched soon. Like I said, I'm not saying it won't, but I'm not going to spread speculative opinion masquerading as facts.
All they've done so far is remove Ironfall (like they did Cubic Ninja), but the exploit still works (same as Ninjhax and Ninjhax2 both still work with CN) - and it's now been a few weeks since the Ironhax/Tubehax methods were released and Youtube is still on the eshop... probably because (unlike Ninjhax1) Ninjhax2 doesn't allow unsigned code or piracy. They pulled Ironfall before the release because they didn't know the extent of the exploit Smea had discovered... maybe if the method to use the exploit had released at the same time as the announcement to download Ironfall nintendo wouldn't have shit their pants and removed the software from the eshop... but that's just speculation too.
