Hacking Does the "R4i Gold 3DS RTS Plus" support single card download play?

I just purchased this flashcart:

and after installing B9S, I'm planning to host Mario Party, Mario Kart, etc on it with my sister who doesnt have either game nor a flashcart.
I've seen videos of 2 R4i's being used on 2 consoles but never just 1 flashcart hosting multiplayer. Anyone know?
