I looked at the review on here, and from that, it looks like it comes with a reader, but from Real Hot Stuff, it looks like it does not. Also, I know its very similar to the G6 Real, which came with a case, so I was wondering if the M3 came with one as well.

Last, if I put Sakura on the M3, will it work with my G6 lite?

Thanks.

MitchStar,
I have both an M3Real and a G6 Lite, and they work fine together. The G6 Lite can be booted by holding down the B button (for DS mode) or Select (for GBA mode) when the M3Real is booting. It then works as normal. But there is (as far as I know) no way to get to the G6 menu from the Sakura menu itself.
And my M3Real came with a microSD reader, but not with a case.

I ordered my Real from RealHotStuff without any extras. I was sent only the plastic case the cart itself comes in. I didn't even get a box.

the microSD card reader that comes with the m3real is quite unstable.
they may last years, but it also happens quite often they break(and corrupt your microSD) within 1 week.

QFT!

Mine lasted all of two weeks before it corrupted my card and went into an endless found new hardware/driver install loop. Honestly, the M3 team should either include some better card readers with their products, or just not bother at all.

I had to buy a Sandisk Mobilemate Micro to replace my defective card reader and I couldn't be happier with my choice.
