Does Paypal accept pre-paid credit cards in Canada ?

Does Paypal accept pre-paid credit cards in Canada ?, and if they do are there any additional charges like the ones that you receive for withdrawing money from a Canadian bank account.

I believe they accept prepaid credit cards as they work just like normal credit cards and if your talking about a debit/credit card, then any fees you incur would be dependent on your bank as Paypal doesn't charge extra fees.
