Hacking Does Nintendo always refuse repairments of Wii u when they find traces of softmodded vwii

I'm asking this because I'm considering sofmodding the vwii side of Wii U.
I know it voids the warranty but
will they automatically refuse out of warranty repairments if they find traces that it was softmodded?

not always, they might not even check. but if its super obvious or for some reason they do have to check they will refuse to fix it at all even for money.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
