Gaming Does Microsoft notice if you play a game early?

I am paranoid that my 360 would get Banned from Live from playing certain games. I have since gotten over that. One thing that is still bothering me is if you play a leaked game, what happens.

As some people might know, Blue Dragon was leaked about two-three weeks ahead of time. I want to play it because I don't have anything to play on the system, but I don't want to risk Microsoft shooting me in the face for it. :'(

they can't bann you for playing your original game as its the stores fault.

but I suspect its not actaully bought isn't it?

I suppose it'll be suspicious if you do something like play a US game on a UK account. Not sure what the situation is if you play something like a US game on your US account a week early or something.

It was the PAL Copy that got leaked early, actually. So it'd be a leaked PAL on an North American console.

I feel the same way as you but just to make myself feel secure i goff live whenever i play a game early. It probably doesent do anything but it assures me mentally. Ive played games early on live before like flatout uc. ANOTHER THING FORGET BLUE DRAGON BIOSHOCK WAS JUST RELEASED YAY.

Due to errors made by various parties, BioShock will be released today instead of August 21st. New commercials have been issued and existing stocks aswell as rapid incoming copies will be sold. There is set to be alot of confusion from this due to lack of retailer knowledge of date change.
