Isnt it possible that on the dsl/dsi the processor was being pushed to its limit and thats why it was choppy, (Like on a computer if you have too many things open at one) Though with the 3ds as its not being pushed its okay?

No they all have the same amount of ram allowed. DS Mode in all three (the DSTWO can't access DSi/3DS mode)= 4MB ram + 32MB RAM DSTWO.

Interesting note, my Dsi is still loaned out, so I borrowed a friend's DS Lite. The emulators run great on it (possibly the same as on the 3ds, but I haven't tested yet). Once again SFII was playable. So it may not be that the 3ds lets it use more power, but that for some reason homebrew doesn't work right on the DSi... interesting. I need to get all three to test it properly.

All the people that are saying that there is extra power on the 3DS that DS mode can use:

LEARN TO READ AND SEARCH!

All the ram that DS mode can use is the same as on the original DS, 4MB iirc. 3DS DS-mode has access to 4MB RAM, this is so, this has been so, AND WILL STAY SO!

Now shut up kthx.
