Does anyone know what is the system that requires this r4 cartridge for 3ds to install it?

yesterday I found my r4 cartridge that was lost for my 3ds but when I put it in my nintendo I realized that it has no system and no micro sd and installed several systems to see if one works, but it was a failure I tried to access the site of the cartridge cover but the site was removed that is why I am here to see if anyone knows

Never seen that before. Based on the indents on the side, it looks like an r4i 3DS clone. Have you tried checking the website in archive.org?

yeah but it doesnt show something related to the system or the cartridge
