What I'm looking for is a news ticker like the one on the wii. Something that streams the headlines to my pc and if possible , give me the same articles that I would find on the wii's news ticker.

Nintendo using the AP as their new source, then click on the RSS buttons that you want to feed to your PC and add the link to your Bookmarks Toolbar Folder (assuming you're using Firefox, and if you're not, you should), then the Feed will appear in your Firefox toolbar. Most any browser nowadays support RSS, so you shouldn't have any problems using it.
