So I recently bought a New vita and this has been happening, it even happened in my old Oled Vita as well. Maybe it’s because it has glass screen protectors so it’s sensitivity isn’t that good but that makes no sense because touch screen works well for everything else. Anways when I turn it on back from sleep mode, sometimes nothing will swipe, or just the edge of the wallpaper will move and but not swipe the whole way. I’ve done a lot of reaserch and many people have this. The fix is to just press the lock button again and turn it on from sleep mode again and it works. Is some kind of bug/glitch that updates haven’t fixed it. Not a big deal but kind of annoying.
