I do have the xci dump. When I try to load the game, it lets me pick my user than it crashes

I want to post the video, but can Nintendo track me down from that? I converted the xci to an nsp, because at the time I didn’t know you could download an xci dump. I’m trying that right now tho

Use nxdumptool to dump the XCI and upload it. Make sure you choose to remove the certificate. Until you do this, this thread should not exist, since you're probably lying.

If you are concerned about privacy, send the XCI to someone privately who is willing to leak it.

How did you obtain the xci dump ? If you downloaded it from the internet then it won't work. If you dumped it yourself from a cartridge then tell us

The correct keygeneration for Pokémon Sword is 8 it also have html manual and legal nca, so 5 ncas, unlike yours that only has 3 which is unheard off in a real game btw.

Some people will play Sword and Shield early because business requirements necessitate distributing review copies before the game is released. But Nintendo and Game Freak are being very careful this time and leakers are afraid of being sued. It might get leaked early, but AFAIK, to date, every leak is fake.
