They sold about 3.6 millions worldwide, I think they're gonna be fine. Of course, they need more first party titles on 3DS. Of course, Star Fox, Super Mario 3D Land and Mario Kart 7 are both coming before or close to the Vita.

With those titles, the Vita is the one in trouble, especially since like every portable before, it will probably have a terrible launch line-up.

I doubt Uncharted and Killzone are coming out on launch day.

Nintendo is pretty much rolling in money right now and most likely the price cut is caused by price dropping in the parts or just trying to get more customers.
Nintendo of America is someone to worry about, but honestly I hope they have problems so they can get their ass kicked and hopefully get better.

Uncharted has been pretty much been confirmed as launch, along with wipeout 2048, everybody's golf, little deviants, reality fighters, and sound shapes (as the notable release titles)

You just proved my point. Uncharted is the only worthy game you named. WipeOut isn't gonna be a huge seller. As for the rest of them, no offense, but they're uber crap. They're the equivalent of what Nintendo released at launch, which was worthless.

I agree with everything you just said.
The Vita (so far) seems to have 1 good launch title. Which, hell, is 1 launch title more then the 3DS. But that's not a huge step up.

If one title alone could make a system sell a lot, then the 3DS would have sold lot more due to Zelda Ocarina of Time. However, one title isn't enough. Nintendo obviously dropped the price to get a bigger install base. With all new first party coming, it's a good move. People who wanted to play those games, but didn't want a 3DS due to the high price can now go get one.
