ROM Hack Does a savedata of an USA game/cia works on an EUR game/cia?

A friend of mine, who also has a9lh + Luma3DS ( O3DS XL EUR, like me), have installed an USA cia of Hatsume Miku Project Mirai DX. I'm also planning to install that game and importing his savedata. However, I want to use a EUR version of the cia.

Does the Region of the Game interfere on the Savedata?

As far as I know every Savagame is region free

Ok, I will try with Save data filler. If I remember correctly, savedatafiller uses the Title ID to export the save. Isn't there a website with the Title ID of the various games of 3ds? I can't remember the name of the website.
