As had already been announced in this thread, there were to be four Doctor Who adventure games released in the near future.

The first of these games, City of the Daleks, has been released from the official website, and is now available free to download for citizens of the UK. I've already downloaded and will play soon.

I feel that as news, there should be more substance to the post, but there's not much else to say. [IMG]

Its a free game so its hard to complain but in my opinion the scenarios are good but the game engine is complete balls. The camera feels like I'm floating awkwardly in Zero-G and I don't feel I'm actually controlling the Doctor.

BBC needs to learn some grammar.

@Pong: why would you want to upload the installer if you can just download it from the source? [IMG]

I've not had a chance to play it, so I'll probably not be able to say much on it yet.

    In a few ways, yes.

Anyway, stop the off topic ranting and keep discussion about the game please.

Both Doctors have their merits, and I like them both, including Matt.

Now, like I said, back to the game and related discussion, not talk about who you prefer. [IMG]

They both aren't what I'd call good looking. I want Neil Tennant.

Actually I don't have anything useful to say about this. [IMG]

Game is pretty meh. I was going to say "its free so I can't complain" only that I pay my TV licence that funds this so perhaps we should rally up for a refund.

Also David Tennant is an actor playing a character called the Doctor, a very good actor indeed but not the Doctor.

Matt Smith is the Doctor as far as I'm concerned. He has that Time Lordy quality that I missed, sadly people can't get past rose tinted glasses to see his true quality. Had he came before Tennant people would be moaning that David wasn't as good.

Excuse me ladies - but this is a thread for the game ... not who's better.

There's threads for those comments already avaliable here and Here

(Personnaly - they are both good in their own way... but I prefer David's more 'subduded' than Matt's 'erractic' Doctor)
