Er yes all the fucking time. Swearing isn't really seen as a bad thing here in Scotland and everyone does it.

Depends whether it's necessary and the severity of the swearing.
I would absolutely say things like "What the fuck is that?" but I don't believe I would ever tell a member to go fuck themselves.

Swearing is a delicate art, I know some people like to skip it altogether but I'm of the opinion that its fine in moderation. Keep your usage of it reserved to when its necessary to appropriately punctuate a sentence.
