I tend to use four usernames, and variations on them.

SuperDoom - I made up some garbage story when I was a toddler about myself being able to transform into the Doom Shroom from Plants VS. Zombies, named Super Doom. (Variations: SuperDoomDeDoom, SuperDoom1, SuperDoom1 Unrevealed, SuperDoom1YT)
UltraSUPRA: Oh, hey, look, it's this one! I felt like the name SuperDoom was a bit too juvenile, so I wanted something different for my Twitch account. Since I wanted to keep a bit of the SuperDoom identity, and also remembered the Supra Smash Bross Mayday fangame, my first thought was SUPRA. It was taken, so I attached the "Ultra" part to the beginning.
SeproDep - When it came to account that I already had named "SuperDoom" (or any variation), I felt the need to change the username. SeproDep was chosen because it almost kinda sorta somewhat sounds a bit like "SuperDoom" if you've been hit in the head with a mallet while drunk.
Fish Activation - The name of my current YouTube channel came from my first video on my old one - a Let's Play of Syobon Action. I liked the part where I mentioned jumping over the flagpole in the first level to activate the fish on the other side so it wouldn't crush your character while walking toward the castle. In hindsight, Giant Chicken Man was a bit funnier. (Variations: Fish Activation YT)

On throwaway accounts, I typically use sillier names. I remember when (that ISO site) existed, I used the username "Smashed Potatoes", and there was this one site that promised premium-speed downloads for free and I used the name "Suck Dong". Good times.
