I was wondering if you use a screen protector, and if so, what?

I use some cheap vinyl, which you can get at Wal-Mart. A square yard of it costs about a dollar. It's pretty effective, and it sticks with static.

    What do you use? [IMG]

Yes, I use the Hori brand screen protectors.

I figure it's better to scratch a protector and be able to change it than scratching the real screen and being stuck with it.

The Hori branded protectors are darn near as tough as the bare screens.

Avoid the cheesy Pelican brand. Trust me on this.

There are propably many topics about this subject, but anyway yes I do use screenprotectors, Hori ones. They are great to me, I didn't have to reapply/change them since the time i have them, which is about 1 year ago. Although you do see (lots of) scratches on the screen under certain light angles, at least I don't have to be concerned that the real screens are getting any damage/scratches.

    I don't use a screen protector.

I also switched the plastic stylus for a rusty nail.

I use a cheap Dragon brand. I don't know how it compares to Hori, but works great for me. I haven't noticed any loss in touch screen sensitivity and the screen is still clear to look at.

Also use the Hori ones, they are great.

If you apply them carefully in a dustfree enviroment (take a shower for 20mins, and apply the protectors in the bathroom after you got dressed, will get most dust out of the air in there). I got a small bubble but its outside the screen so I havent bothered to try to fix it.

So yeah, the Hori ones are good, but slight loss of sensitivity (there is ALWAYS a slight loss). But I can really recommend them!

I use the Hori ones as well. I have used a few different screen protectors, even a shieldzone invisible shield, but none match the durability and the surface of the Hori's. The invisible shield actually made games harder to play imo.

yeah...I think the invisible shield has more friction than the Hori...I've heard it takes some time to get used to it. They're great for the top screen or the DS body.

I'm using Hori's right now. But Taku's screen is own the way since mine is scratched a lot.

After using the protector, I can assure you that I notice little loss of sensitivity. I always like my DS to look as brand new as possible.
