Well, if it's for speculation, speculate I will! Nintendo cares about BoTW (being a pretty-much-confirmed NX launch title) so they'd want to avoid people pirating it if they could (else somebody buys a Wii U and pirates BoTW and all the existing high quality games for the system instead of a NX! Oh no no no!) so I think it's pretty much certain they'll do something to not have it work with Loadiine. Whether it's a system update or some kind of in-game check (is this Mii Maker? Yes? Well, we aren't going to run); I find it hard to believe they'll just leave it as-is.
Don't forget that a system update won't be the end of the Wii U homebrew scene. Nobody can write perfect code; there's always a way in. It just means we might have to go through that kernel shitshow bull again.
