Basing on the Nintendo Direct of yesterday it seems like it because they did little to no effort to inform people of Wii U's 2015 games or new updates about it. It was mostly just about awesome stuff for 3DS and New 3DS.
3DS gets "Anime Channel" with free anime streaming while Wii U's answer is Crunchyroll, meh, I'd personally have liked to have the option to have the "Anime Channel" on the Wii U since it'd cost nothing to watch from it.
2015 games announced for the Wii U:
- Kirby and the Rainbow Curse
- Mario Maker
- Mario Party 10
- Mario Vs. Donkey Kong
- Project Giant Robot (?)
- Project Guard (?)
- Splatoon
- Star Fox
- Xenoblade Chronicles X
- Yoshi's Woolly World
- Zelda
List compiled by Shinko from his other topic.
I'll say that I'm looking forward to Xenoblade, Zelda, Yoshi, Splatoon and Kirby (possibly those mech games too) but compared to 2014 this just feels like it'll be a pretty weak year for Wii U owners.
P.S.: The most important game of Wii U's history might be vapourware and I don't even need to name it. Curse you, Nintendo!
