I believe my newest complete ROM set is GBA. Anything that uses ISOs and even NDS, 3DS, and Vita, I'm more selective about and only download stuff I want to or hypothetically would play, but still usually don't.
I do own a fair amount of legit purchased physical and digital games in various formats as well, many of which I've never played. I'm no longer really actively pirating anything newer than Wii U and Vita, but still own physical versions of most big Wii U exclusives.
