do you lose all your games and saves if you downgrade

    so its going to get to the point were i need to downgrade my main 3ds when homebrew eshop spoofer is patched i already downgraded my second one but i had no eshop games on it

    No, but somes of your games can be unusable (like Smash Bros), but you can install and Emunand for use a newest version

    No. As long as you:

    1. Back up your SD data before creating EmuNAND
    2. Remember to remove your SD card before unlinking (formatting) SysNAND
    3. Back up your EmuNAND and SD data before formatting it (e.g. in case you need to re-link your NNID)

    your save data and games will be available under EmuNAND.

    If you have Ironfall, it doesn't work on 9.2 [because it relies on a later firmware]
    Personally, my smash update data & DLC data got corrupted, crashing the 3DS when it was launched. It wasn't easy to redownload [dear lord 022-2316] but I did it. Just keep in mind that things can get screwy, and make backups of your saves with svdt.
