Do you get headaches from certain foods?

I remember that when i was younger certain types of ham would either disorient me or give me some type of headache. Now that im older some foods like lamb meat still give me headaches.I wanna know if others have had a similar phenomena happen to them

I don't get food headaches, I think. Some people in my immediate family do though. My mom gets headaches when she eats food with a large amount of MSG.

Red wine. Full of sulfates. That said, I'm 16 and only drank it once accidentally, but nevertheless, its definitely what caused the migraine.

somewhat same here on a trip to vegas last year (same age 16) my brother made a white russian that was meant for my mom, but she never drank it so he just gave it to me to see if a liked it. Jesus it felt like bat to the head a few minutes later. its the only drink that does it to me strangely

It could be something you're ingesting that your body can't handle or process well.

I was just thinking, if it's meat that causes it, you could look into how the meat is cured and preserved. Alot of processors use nitrates to cure meat, it's really not good for you.

i still have a chubby belly
i can eat everything without problem, i ate sour cake for 2 days and just at the 3rd day i noticed it was bad XD
i ate 3 bad spoiled snacks
and i probably ate dog and human meat..

The smell of fast-food makes me want to puke sometimes but I don't actually do. I read an article that by smelling foods it makes you fat.. lol.
