I recently trimmed all of my ROMs with WiiScrubber to save space on my external HDD's.. but will these ROMs still work when I burn them to a DVD for loading with a loader?

    Thanks in advance,

    -WiLDFiRE.

I think you mean ISOs. And yes, they will work when burned.

ROM = Read Only Memory, you're probably most familiar with ones dumped from video game cartridges
ISO = Disc Image, in this case of a Wii disc

    NO

ISO = Image of a iso9660 Filesystem (standard on most PC CD/DVDs, but not Wii Discs)

Most console gamers use it wrong since the are used to it from PC

    Not entirely correct.

The extension of .iso is used as a generic extension for a variety of image file system types. Xbox/360, Wii, etc.

Typically they have a iso9660 or a UDF filesystem, yes, but the extension itself is does not always refer to such images.

If the ISOs still have a filesize of 4,699,979,776 bytes, then yes... It will work... If the ISOs are smaller, IDK how to restore them to full size... You might have to stick to a USB Loader if you trimmed them...

not needed - they will still work - unless Nintendo adds another protection that checks for random junk.
