Hacking Do ps4 DLCS have to be backported to 5.05 as well to work? If yes which tool to use and steps?

DLC doesn't need to be backported, it doesn't contain any executables or other files that need to be backported.
Also the method for dumping DLC is to launch the game and dump it from the mounted sandbox therefore the data is decrypted.
Jump Force just uses unlocker DLC so probably you either didn't do something need to in game or you have unlockers for the wrong region.

That's what I said, maybe they were just doing a recreation of the Cerne Abbas giant but didn't finish it in time.
