Dude, it is incorrec if you read it less than twice and dont stop for a moment to ask yourself if it does make sense or not.

Im spanish, fluent on english reading and got Its true meaning in less than a second

The correct wording would be something like "eShop access coming to 9.3 - 10.1". I knew what he meant too, that doesn't mean it's correct. A noob is going to see this and think eShop doesn't work on 10.2 for some reason. It's better to be clear.

Whether people understand it right away or not varies. We all know what the true meaning is but the way his title is worded makes it sounds like "v10.2 OS on 3ds wont have access to the eShop", which is why this is becoming the dominant part of the thread.

We know what it means, but it's more of the fact that it's just poor wording.

That seems more of someone made a kernal breakthrough to where they can extract ROM's from cartridges on versions higher than 9.2 and they haven't released it yet.
