Hardware Do I need to backup when sending 3DS for repair?

I'm sending in my 3DS for hinge repair. I've been using an Acekard 2i successfully.

A few questions:

1) I'm already backing up my SD card just in case. Do I need to send that in w/ the 3DS or can I keep it just in case?
2) Is there anything on the 3DS memory itself that would indicate flashcart usage? (yeah, I'm paranoid).
3) I checked Data Management and it seems most of the data I can 'backup' is already moved to the SD card. There's nothing, outside of one DSiware title that I had to move. Anything beyond that?

Nope.

Also, you can keep your SD card.

I'm not sure if this is the cause, but I noticed they ran some sort of diagnostic software, and when I got it back I couldn't use WiFi in DS mode without formatting.
