Gaming Do i have to grab each update of smash bros to be completely up to date?

I'm using the .3ds format version, and I'm wondering if it's enough to just go from the base game to updating with the february update, does each new update include all the previous ones?

No, just get most recent, 1.14

only dlc packs seem to work best when installed one after the other. updates always include everything thats been updated before
