What cfw do you have?? I know the play fine if you have rxTools or Aureinand.

You'll have to install config.cia in order to accept out of region EULAs, I believe.

Pretty much every CFW allows it. Go ahead and try, and if it doesn't work, you can simply install a patch (don't ask how until you've tried).
