So, I had a o3dsxl which came with Mario and Luigi: Dream Team. I did a system transfer to a n3dsxl and I kept the game. If I were to install legit cia's would they differ from this and what risks do I run from doing it?

The only risk is Linking your nnid to it but most legit cias are patched from multiplayer Also why dont you downgrade to 9.2 if your on 10.3
