Wish this was public, but since it's not, good for them, I guess. For everyone else, there's about five new music games coming down the line soon, and I'm sure you can find about as many ways to play those on your Wii.

I don't care about the Hacked DLC but i was wondering if at some point there would be some sort of a tool to export my songs from RB1 and the AC/DC track pack as you can on the Xbox

thats the problem. He cant release it without some people abusing it and downloading thousand illegal songs, which will then also harm activision because they werent able to stop the leaking if illegal songs.
I for myself dont care for most of the DLC. I would rather know a way of "injecting"/producing my own DLCs [IMG]

But yeah this price policy xbox360 and wii play with their dlc song games really sucks. I dont want to pay 2€ per song... I want to be able to include my OWN songs! So I guess I am half supporter of piracy in this case. Just dont know how to find a right way in between [IMG]

    Hi all,

Don't know if I'm in the right place to ask but...

Before I bricked my wii, I made a backup of my 2 DLC songs (Both legits DLC).
I'm looking after a way to restore them on my new wii.

    I played with FE100-1.2b but I'm missing NG-key-id and NG-priv.

Feel free to post here or pm me (if any legacy issues) if there is a workaround.

Another thing to consider is that RB and GH account for 50% of the Wii's software sales. With that in mind, consider the impact that releasing this would have on the console...

No because it's not the same wii (VC/Wiiware and DLC are gone).

Are you working on this for importing these into rockband 1 or 2?

I also do not care about hacking the DLC (i've already bought over 100 bucks worth of it), but what I would like to know is.....

Do the RB instruments work with any USB loader yet?

    TIA.

Not yet, but it should be fixed in the new cIOS by waninkoko when it's released.

I'm most looking forward to this. What a pain to put in RB2, then RB discs when I'm ready to ROCK OUT.

I don't think that's quite true. Waninkoko is going to enable support for USB peripherals, but most likely someone else will still have to work after that to get USB instruments to work, just like with SoftChip.
