    That would be Chibi Robo.
And that's gay, you can see at the end of the advert that MP1 & 2 will be packaged separately, and the same with Pikmin and Pikmin 2. They better not be selling them at full price too ¬¬.

So a new Metroid Prime AND a new Mario Tennis for the Wii?
Great! God I loved both those games, I played Mario Tennis on the GBA for ages!

I'm really excited about this !
Times and times again I've been looking at my Metroid Prime and Echos DVD cases and I was tempted to play through one more time ( thing that I usually don't do with any game , seen my large collection and so many games on the 'to play list' anyway ), even after completing Corruption.......
When the 'play it on Wii' will hit the stores I'll sure get it, in fact after playing corruption the main reason I couldn't get back into previous installment of the game was because I had to dig out my GC controller again.......the game is just so beautiful with a Wii remote !
I'm sure Mario tennis and DK will also benefit from this, so I'm all for it !
Also if they would port F-Zero GX........or give us a new one for that matter, that would be awesome!
I played a bit of it just the other day and I was amazed by the quality of the game still today....incredible smooth and colorful graphics, 480p widescreen support , tight gameplay and awesome soundtrack, you name it !
To bad it's such a challenging game, it's the only f-zero I didn't manage to finish and unlock everything....oh well...[IMG]

In Japan they'll be cheaper.. they'll be probably 10 bucks cheaper than new games on North America.

At the end of the commercial it says the games will be sold for 3800 yen right? A quick google search told me that's about 40 US Dollars. A bit high for a port if you ask me.

If only they did this with Luigi's Mansion, that would be awesome.

As much as I want Wiimakes of Metroid Prime 1 and 2, that's where I'd want it to end. There aren't many more games for the GC that I want 'enhanced remakes' for.

One thing I do appreciate about these remakes is that they come with two different sleeves - the 'inset' ones you just saw in the video, and regular ones that look like any old Wii game's cover art (and they're new boxarts, not just the old ones with a 'Wii' tab at the top). I dunno why that's important to me... I guess I'm just anal about that kind of thing.

I'd like to see Geist remade. Fix the framerate issues and get some good wiimote controls and that'll make a decent game great.

Pikmin 1 & 2 and I'd rather they concentrate on the 3rd game.
Metroid Prime 1 & 2 I can't see wanting to play again with Wii controls.
Mario Tennis, I hated the power shots as it made it too easy and also I'd rather they make a proper sequel.
    DK Jungle Beat, NEEDS bongos.
Chibi-Robo, I can't see it being better with Wii controls and again wish they did a Wii sequel instead.

Of course I guess these aren't aimed at us who supported Nintendo during their darker days and actually bought their titles. Does Animal Crossing: City Folk fit in with these? They really did add to that GC remake. [IMG]

Mario Tennis Advance had the option to lock the powershots, so hopefully this one has it too [IMG]

    But can't you see ?
Some people like the idea, some bash it.....everyone has his favorite games, it's pointless to state that anything other that ...(insert your choice here)...is useless, we are all different.
I would play Metroid Prime and echoes again anyway, but I feel I would waste my time ( i've got too many games to play anyway ), but give me widescreen and wii remote controls plus maybe something cool to unlock and you just gave me a good reason to replay them.....
The other guy likes Luigi's Mansion with wii remote controls..that's fine too.
And don't forget people who never actually owned a GC, might find those cool and less expensive games of some value too....We can argue as we want, but in the end is going to be another smart way for the big N to cash in on their intellectual proprieties ( they didn't do as much as they deserved the first time around anyway ) which in turns will be invested in developing of new games and hardware....it's a win win situation !
