North American Wii owners who’re dissatisfied with Nintendo’s decision not to publish the highly regarded Xenoblade in the United States have made a stand on Amazon. The team known as Operation Rainfall have made Monado the number one best selling game on Amazon. Monado, which is the original name for Xenoblade, is currently available to pre-order on Amazon. Lets hope Nintendo take note![/p]

So they're protesting by giving Nintendo money?
Nintendo will only get that money by releasing the game.

Sorry, thought "Monado" was the Japanese version.

Seriously, this is like the 3rd or 4th topic on the matter. Although, for the record, I am amused to see that they actually made it to #1.

You should have posted it in this thread instead :
http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=298813
and

This is the pre-order campaign announcement.
Saying it worked in the first thread is more appropriate, no?

Another one with campaign result (not in user submitted news):

Just a thing I'm thinking about NoA :
Remember that Monado got renamed to XenoBlade in regards to Xenogears producer/director/(I don't remember which employee)?
And again, you remember that Xenogears had a lot of difficulties to be released in USA? because sensorship was mandatory to hide church and religion elements.
Maybe Squaresoft/Xenogears producer is since that time in conflict with America?
Could it be related to an internal conflict between NoA and MonolithSoft?

Edit:
Well, In fact I'll close this one so we only have 1 topic about this.
