ROM Hack Display ".ntt" Files

Hey guys,
a got a small problem/i need some help. My plan is it, to translate "Digimon World" into my native language. I know, that this is no simple thing. But i want to try it an learn some things about Romhacking in the same time. I unpacked the Rom with dslazy. I found the Font- Files. It was not really hard xD. This files are compressed (?), i think. The format of these files is ".ntt". Can someone tell me please, with which programm, i can display this files on my computer?

I did, go learn something new, it may not be a known format, use a hex editor and figure out what it is yourself
