Hi guys,

I'm with a Nintendo Wii with NeoGamma R8 beta 15, IOS249 (Rev 15).

I'm playing Tales of Symphony, but when arrive on the swap disk screen, the game shows me the message "Checking disk" and nothing more happens.
I did search for this problem here, but all solutions were to the WiiGator GameCube loader.
This Wii isn't mine, so I can use anything from the SD, but I can't modify the current NeoGamma.

So, there is some thing I can do to run the second disk with NeoGamma R8?
If not, what would be needed?

I had tried, but when I click on "Launch Game on DVD", I get the message "DVD Read Timeout".

When I start the neogamma it give me the message:
"Your cIOS has revision 15
If you get 001 error, it's the cIOS' fault"

The problem can be due to revision 15?
If so, is posible update this and be sure that everything (NeoGamma R8 and whatever already installed) will continue working like before?
And how could I update this?

Thank you very much for your reply

I overlooked that. How exactly do you get anything out of any NeoGamma version right now? I think rev15 might as well break GC games, so ???

Anyways, just install cIOS rev 19 (or 17 if you need the nand emu), with IOS37 as base IOS.

I don't know many details, I still don't understand well about that.

Right now, just has a channel where I click "Start" after insert the DVD, a launch channel like the Wii original.
There is another channel that take me to the NeoGamma screen (where I can saw NeoGamma R8 beta 15, IOS249 (Rev 15), and select "Launch Game on DVD).

Anyway, if I upgrade cIOS to rev19, everything will still working like before?

Sorry if I didn't understand something.

Hmm i think rev15 was the completely broken cIOS that resulted in timeouts on all discs. I'm surprised that a NeoGamma reads anything for you. With cIOS37rev19 every game that works with rev15 should work too, and a few more.
