Hacking Disk error on all games.

My softmodded wii is giving me an error whenever I try to play a game. It doesn't matter if it is from a disk or from usb.

It gives me the following error: "An error has occurred. Press the eject button, remove the game disk, and turn off the power to the console. Please read the Wii operations manual for further instructions."

I tried wiping it, reïnstalling everything (updating to new system and installing all IOS'es using WiiDownloader). Any suggestions?

Have you tried using ModMii to perform a full re-mod?

When you say that "it doesn't matter if it's from a disk or usb" do you mean a official disk or using a disk loader with a burned dvd? If it's an official disk I have no clue how it fails on both disk and usb.

I tried official disks using the original disk channel.
