DISHNET [sattelite isp] anyone else have this provider?

So I have dish-net a sh***y ISP if you ask me. limited to daily bandwidth usage [15GB for a months time if you go over 15GB you get throttled to dial-up speeds]...
I get free service [ unlimited usage] from the hours of 2am-8am. Today I've come to the conclusion that this ISP decided to block "the iso site" I can no longer access it I get. err_connection_reset every time. but trying on my phone [hot spot a different ISP/IP] I'm able to view it. I then tried a proxy and voila able to view it but without a proxy I cant. so it seems like they didn't like my bandwidth usage last month and decided to block the site all together or idk i never had an ISP "block" a url on me only have I been throttled in the past for p2p but shit that was years ago I no longer torrent.

has anyone with this service experienced them blocking sites on you whether or not the site has illegal or legal files on it.

u poor thing... my grandparents and cousins live up in the mountains, so the only thing they can get up there is dish, and it sucks every time I use it.

yeah before I had hughesnet. and you though dish was bad... hughesnet was 750MB / Day ( damn I mean 1 windows update could put me over my daily limit) and payed over 300$ for the damn installation. switched to dishnet and now this BS. but not that big of a deal just was mainly curious about others encounters with these shitty corps.
