GSPwn is a hardware exploit in the GPU of the 3DS that allows us the ability to even use the homebrew loader. Why do you guys think that Nintendo didn't solve the hardware exploit with the release of the New 3DS?

It was too late for them to change the hardware when GSPwn came to light?

The N3DS was already released in Japan a month before ninjhax was released.
tldr: it was already finished hardware

And even then, the N3DS has to be compatible with the 3DS, so they're kinda stuck with the flawed hardware anyway.

It could be fixed/patched with a software update changing how it would be used but that would fuck performance and would definitely cause bugs.
