Pretty sure this is a site for harmless mods, not piracy. If you want the DLC that bad, shell out the cash.

I can, I just tested it out and Mario's is the next on the list. Setting it to 1 hides the CSS icon.
I already bought all the DLC of Smash 4 (PAL), but Nintendo doesn't let me buy the DLC from other regions. What if i wanna play USA or JPN version on my PAL console?
I'd like to play the japanese version because i really like all the japanese UI and stuff. I guess i can hack my PAL version in order to get that, but it's simpler to play the Japanese one.
Oh. Is that the only reason? Sure, I won't argue against it. You can proabably mess around with some file replacements to get the Japanese text.
Just curious, do you have any knowledge of the language? As in, can you read, speak, or write it?
Actually, if you use the command prompt and type out titledumper.exe /vol/content/sound/ "Your Output directory", you should be able to just dump everything in the sound folder only, which involves the bgm and smashappeals folders and files.
That's pretty cool, it seems that the character IDs line up with the 3DS one. I don't know why they wouldn't but it makes it easier than going through and testing them all again.
Though I can't really see a way to add new CSS entries, so it might take a bit to get that going.
