Hacking disc read error on usb loader

What causes the " disc read error, please read the wii manual and turn off the console" ?
Any way to fix those errors?

I have only the usb loader to play games cause my wiidrive is broken and I have some problems like this before and I always could pass trhough this when my wii was 3.2, now is 4.1, and and in the beginning was normal, but after watch a movie in the Mplayer ce it is stcuk on this " disc read error, please read the wii manual and turn off the console" when I try to open any channel or a game on usbloader.

But this games wont stoping to work" Exit bots, Tiger woods 2010, PES2009, The Conduit", and the others I have the error......

Is some cios that I can reinstall to fix this?

and Im on rev13b and try too rev14, rev10... but the same problem

Are you using usb loader gx? If so try updating the loader and then try again.

Also you might need to enable the 002 fix to get some games to work.
Check the wiki to be sure.

thanks for post here... I think my problem is a litle more strange, I can´t even load a channel in the wii menu like mii channel whithout the error....

If you or anybody have more ideas I´ll appreciate...thanks
