Hacking Disappearing sav file

I was playine Phoenix Wright off of my R4 and I did suspended save and when I went back to play it an hour later there wasn't a save file on my micro sd anymore. What do you think caused this?

Is the card full and unable to create a save?

Nope, it had a sav then I saved the game then it disappeared.

It happened with Magnetica once. My M3Simply simply vanished its save file... All my mother's progress was erased like that! Luckily, Panel de Pon got her entertained as fast as it could!

I created a back up save got to the same place and tryed to see if it would happen again and it didn't.
Some sort of freakish glitch I guess.
