Is there a way to disable background music in games that dont have an option for that?

In particular mario kart wii, since I'm sure its not via a method that would work the same for several games. Unless it's something as simple as deleting the music files from the iso or anything like that xD

I'm using a usb loader on a softmodded wii.

I tried searching for a while but didnt find anything even nearly addressing this

btw: is this the right subforum or should i have posted it in the backup loader section?

You can replace the music in Mario Kart Wii. If you want silence, then replace it with silent audio. There are tutorials around for this sort of thing. I've seen a couple at other sites, but I'm sure there'd be one here as well. There's a MKWii BRSAR patcher out there too to help with looping music and such.
