Gaming Dirt 3 starting up slow?

Hey guys, on my current rig I've been playing Dirt 3, the game is installed on a 7200RPM Western Digital Caviar Black HDD and the track loading is fine.
But my problem is once I open the .exe file/ the shortcut to the .exe file, it takes about 30 secs to 1 min to start up, besides that, all is good. No other game I have has this problem incl. games such as Skyrim and Dead Island... So Dirt 3 problem? Something up with my comp?
Help is appreciated. =)

Also for my pc setup, just look in my sig.

edit: Will test on my SSd and find out if that fixes the problem...

Tested it on my other Caviar Black drive, same loading speed. Tested on my SSD, same loading speed... Any ideas?

This is a wild guess but maybe its slow because its decompressing the game engine into memory? Maybe its just coded that way?

Ehh? Is that even possible?
Also, IIRC it was loading fine originally. I may be wrong, but I could swear it used to start up instantly...
