My Digimon Story Lost Evolution Roms have a bad CRC32

Well that might explain it. Try applying it to a good ROM dump like from No-Intro.

i`m not really sure about Xros Wars Stoy Red & Blue but Lost Evolution is Traslated at the 80% so i think for the start of the next year must be traslated

But they didn't explain how apply these translations to game and no else want to explain that either, so.

. Read before answering, Xros Wars translations are still not made into Patch just multiple files in GitHub, so that won't work. And I know about that program, because I used it multiple times over the years. Next time read before giving answer to not give noobish answer.
